Filmmaker | Storyteller | Post-Production Specialist
My name is Christian Morales, a dedicated film professional and Co-Founder of Black Crow Film Productions, based in Los Angeles, CA. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Film and Television Production from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and specialize in the post-production process—bringing structure, creativity, and technical expertise to every project I work on.
My passion for storytelling began at Cathedral High School, where I was deeply involved in the school’s News/TV Production team. As a Sports Producer, Anchor, Editor, Camera Operator, Audio Technician, and Graphic Designer, I developed a comprehensive understanding of media production early on. This foundation not only sparked my love for the craft but also taught me the importance of teamwork, timing, and attention to detail—skills that continue to guide my work today.
Education
Since then, I’ve continued to evolve as a well-rounded filmmaker, known for being resourceful, detail-oriented, and creatively driven. I’ve contributed to a wide variety of projects including short films, documentaries, music videos, and branded content—both independently and in team environments. Whether I’m planning shoots in pre-production, directing on set, or polishing visuals and sound in post, I bring focus, adaptability, and a strong narrative instinct to every project.
Professional Experience
East coast sports investors
As a remote video editor for East Coast Sports Investors, I handled file organization, asset management, audio mixing, video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design.
I edited weekly social media content and live streaming sports analysis shows, while also managing social media posts. This role enhanced my postproduction expertise and adaptability to the dynamic demands of social media and live broadcasts.
The sherard show inc.
In my role as a remote editor for "The Sherard Show," I have honed a comprehensive skill set essential for a professional video editing position. My responsibilities included editing weekly episodes and creating commercials for broadcast on
www.clsnow.tv and the Pure Essence Television App. This position required expertise in asset management, color correction, video editing, voiceovers, audio mixing, and motion graphics, among other tasks. My experience has equipped me with the technical skills and creative abilities necessary to excel in a professional video editing environment.
What sets me apart is my commitment to storytelling, my strong leadership skills, and my ability to wear multiple hats while maintaining a clear creative vision. I thrive in both independent and collaborative environments, and I’m constantly seeking new ways to challenge myself, grow as an artist, and bring compelling ideas to life through the language of film.

FREELANCE EXPERIENCE
I have Collaborated with artists and brands to create engaging videos and designs—from music videos to commercials—using a mix of creative storytelling, editing, and visuals to bring their ideas to life and connect with audiences in a meaningful way.
405 - Thing of Twins
Music Video Project – Cinematographer & Editor

Brought the artist’s vision to life through a gritty, multi-perspective lens—capturing performances with the versatility of an iPhone 14, the raw energy of a GoPro, and the cinematic depth of a Canon M50. Carefully blended footage from all three cameras, matching codecs and color profiles to create a cohesive visual story. From framing each shot with intention to sculpting the final edit, I crafted a high-impact music video that feels immersive, authentic, and rhythmically in sync with the music’s pulse.
Still Blessed Apparel
Creative Producer – Independent Clothing Brand
Partnered with Still Blessed Apparel to craft visually compelling brand stories through film, design, and motion. Designed and animated motion graphics that added rhythm and attitude to the brand’s digital presence, while also developing original concepts, apparel mockups, and print-ready posters that reflected the heart and message of the brand. Every visual element—from framing the first shot to designing the final layout—was created to amplify the lifestyle and movement behind Still Blessed Apparel.
